Satisfied or Reimbursed

We offer 30-day money back with 1-year product warranty for subscribed customers (90-days otherwise).

This is how it works:

• If you are not satisfied with our product, please send us a return request via email at: tech@pp-code.com
• If request is with in 30 days of product purchase, we will send you return shipping label. A full refund will be issued as we receive the product.
• If request is after 30 days but with in 90 days of product purchase, you will ship the product at your own. A full refund will be issued as we receive the product. If you are a subscribed* customer, then  the 90 days period is extended to 1 year (from the purchase date).
