In addition to Standard Watchman features (i.e. Temperature, Humidity), it has Temperature Probe, that can be used for many applications such as freezers/refrigerators.  While sensors on the unit provides room temperature and humidity readings, the probe reads the temperatures where it is placed. 

Probe is 3 meter long. It is a ribbon cable (only 2mm thick) and ensure proper sealing if ran over door seals of a freezer/refrigerator. 

Though the Watchman logs the stats every hour (can be changed to 15-min-logging with subscription), the unit reads the data every minute. In case sudden change in temperature (+/-5F), it sends the log to pp-Code portal immediately (does not wait for the next log interval).

All standard features apply. It offers Pressure reading along with Temperature and Humidity readings as well as corresponding email / SMS alerts.
